Yes, in the right conditions. Polyaspartic and polyurea coatings can be installed in cooler temperatures than traditional epoxy, but every winter job requires controlled substrate temperature, moisture, and ventilation checks, and the garage needs to be enclosed and heated to the product's minimum temperature. We confirm eligibility during your free assessment before booking.
Most residential jobs take 2-5 working days depending on scope and add-ons. Light foot traffic typically returns first, on the timeline your installer provides, with vehicle traffic returning after the full cure window.
Yes -- the garage needs to be cleared before prep work begins. If you need help, ask us about clear-out labour and temporary storage coordination when you book your quote.

Materials and labor are guaranteed against defect of adhesion to the concrete, delaminating of the coats, or disintegration of the final coat for up to 10 years on residential garages. This manufacturer warranty is backed directly by NewAge Products and applies specifically to the polyaspartic floor finish -- it is not a blanket warranty on cabinetry, lifts, lighting or other installs, which are covered separately.
The warranty excludes damage from Acts of God, physical abuse, vandalism, or modification of the concrete the coating is applied to; damage from mechanical impact, tire marks, heat or flame exposure, solvents or acids, nails/screws, abrasion, or rust; and cracking caused by concrete movement, shifting or expansion rather than the coating itself. It also doesn't guarantee an anti-skid surface, doesn't cover the exterior "front lip" of the garage, and is non-transferable to a subsequent owner -- it applies to the original buyer only.
